We want you to love every purchase you make with us! If you're not completely satisfied, you can return any unused product within 30 days of delivery. Just make sure it's not installed or used, and that it's repacked in its original packaging.

Unpacking your item doesn’t count as use, so feel free to inspect it — just return it in “like-new” condition. Should you need us to collect the item, a small fee will apply.

Your Right to Change Your Mind

Changed your mind within 14 days of delivery? No problem! If you cancel your order during this statutory cooling-off period, we’ll refund the appliance cost and any standard delivery charges you paid. Please note, any service charges completed won’t be refunded, and a collection fee will apply if you need us to pick up the item.

Exchanges With Ease

If you’re opting for an exchange, we’ll handle everything in one go — we’ll pick up your old item when we deliver the new one, with no additional collection charge.

Collection Made Simple

Need us to collect a return? We strive to make this as straightforward as possible.

For items under 85kg, we charge £30. For items over 85kg, prices vary based on the item’s weight.

Just give us a call, and we’ll sort it out! Don’t worry about the collection charge upfront; we’ll deduct it from your refund and send you the remaining balance.

What If You’ve Used the Product?

We understand that sometimes a product might not work out. If you’ve used or installed your item, we can still offer a refund up to 50% of the product's cost. This is because the item has been devalued, but we want to ensure you receive value back.
