For small and easy-to-carry orders (under 20kg with no added extras), we may opt to send your appliance using our speedy 1-man courier service.
For in-stock appliances, you can select next day delivery (subject to availability) at the checkout.
We ask that you do not book any tradespeople until your order is in your possession and you have inspected the appliance(s).
Before your delivery, you will be provided with an estimated delivery timeslot and we’ll also give you a pre-call to let you know we’re on the way.
You'll understand that sometimes delays are unavoidable (e.g. due to traffic or extreme weather events), so please ensure that you are available all day on your selected delivery date.
Our two-man delivery service is free for the majority of orders.
A handful of products and postcodes (e.g. Scotland) will incur a small delivery charge, but any additional charges will be confirmed to you at the checkout.
Please note, installation and recycling is not included in the price listed on product pages.
As an optional extra, RDO offer a two-man installation service across most of England. We can also remove & recycle your old appliance on the same day that we deliver your new one.

You'll need to notify us by 12pm one working day before your delivery is due. If this is not done, failed delivery or re-delivery charges may apply (detailed in our Terms & Conditions).
If there's no suitable lift available, delivery will be made to a ground or first floor room of choice.
Due to safety reasons, any appliances over 100kg cannot be carried up flights of stairs, so if no suitable lift is available, we will only be able to deliver to a ground floor room of choice.
