RDO provides a two-man delivery service to all UK mainland postcodes.

For in-stock appliances, you can often get free next-day delivery, delivered right to the ground- or first-floor room of your choice.

Delivery includes unpacking – no hidden fees or extra charge for basic delivery. If your address requires a delivery fee, this is shown clearly at checkout before you place your order — no surprises.

Scheduling & Delivery Process

  • When you order an in-stock item, you choose a delivery date (Monday–Saturday).
  • Before delivery, you receive an estimated time slot – and the team will call you when they’re en route.
  • They ask that you’re available during the delivery day, in case delays arise (e.g. traffic/extreme weather), so the schedule can shift.

Charges & Transparency

  • Delivery is free to England, Wales, and most of Scotland. If your order does incur a fee, then this will be clearly shown at checkout before you complete your order.
  • Occasionally, for certain items, RDO may use a one-man “kerbside” delivery rather than two-man in-home delivery – but any changes to our standard two-man service will always be clearly communicated before you agree.

Optional Extras

Beyond standard delivery, you can optionally add:

  • Installation – check the product page or checkout for availability and pricing.
  • Removal and recycling of your old appliance.
  • Up to 4 weeks’ free storage if you need it.

For in-stock appliances, you can select a preferred delivery date (Monday to Saturday) at checkout, from next-day delivery to 4 weeks in advance.

Will I be given a delivery timeslot? ⏰

Yes! Before your delivery, you will be provided with an estimated delivery time slot, and we’ll also give you a pre-call to let you know we’re on the way.

Is your two-man delivery service free? 🚚

Our two-man delivery service is free for most orders delivered to mainland UK postcodes.

Do you offer storage options? 🔐

Yes, we offer up to 4 weeks of free storage.

How do I amend my delivery date? 📦

Will you deliver up stairs? 🏋️

If there's no suitable lift available, delivery of appliances under 100kg can be made to a ground or first-floor room of choice.

Will you install my new appliance? 🔧

As an optional extra, RDO offer a two-man installation service.

Will you recycle my old appliance? ♻️

As an optional extra, we can remove & recycle your old appliance on the same day that we deliver your new one.
