Our standard installation includes:

• Delivery into your chosen room (ground or first floor)
• Unpacking, positioning, and inspection of the appliance
• Connection to existing, compliant services (water, waste, power, or gas, where applicable)
• Levelling and securing the appliance
• Functional testing to ensure everything is working properly
• Removal of packaging for recycling
  

Where additional components or adjustments are required, our team will advise you clearly before work begins.

If you’d like us to remove your old appliance at the same time, you can add optional recycling at checkout. We will:

• Safely disconnect the old appliance (where possible)
• Remove it from your home
• Ensure it is responsibly recycled in compliance with WEEE regulations

This service is optional and priced transparently.
