Before I make a purchase...

How do I know if an item is in-stock?

In stock appliances will say “In Stock” on the product listing page (just below the product title).

When can my appliance be delivered?

You can select a preferred delivery date for in-stock products at the online checkout.

What type of delivery service can I expect?

Most orders will be delivered by a two-man team.

This service will include delivery into a ground/first floor room of choice, unpacking & the removal/recycling of any waste packaging.

Can you remove/recycle my old appliance?

As an optional extra, we can remove & recycle your old appliance on the same day that we deliver your new one.

Appliances can be removed/recycled from £20, but some larger appliances may be more (up to £50).

To confirm charges and availability, please add an item to your online basket or refer to the product listing page.

Can you install/connect my appliance?

As an optional extra, RDO offer a two-man installation service across most of England.

You can confirm installation availability and charges on the product listing page or at the checkout.

Do you price match?

Requesting a price match couldn't be easier, all you need to do is:

Do you offer extended warranty options?


We offer extended warranty packages through Retracare.

This option can be selected on the product listing page (where eligible) or at the online checkout.

Do you offer storage terms on orders?


We offer our customers up to 4 weeks of free storage.

How do I pay for an order?

We accept PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, Amex, cash or bank transfer.

Finance options include PayPal Credit.

We'll always try to provide you with regular updates on the status of your order, but if you're feeling out of the loop, please email, call or livechat us - we'll do our best to provide you with an update!

Can I change my delivery date?

If you need to amend your delivery date for whatever reason then please call us on 01737 240403

You'll need to notify us by 12pm one working day before your delivery is due. If this is not done, failed delivery or re-delivery charges may apply (detailed in our Terms & Conditions).
