How to fix your appliance

Within warranty period

All of our appliances are supplied with a manufacturer’s warranty.

If your appliance is under 6 months old, please contact our Customer Support Team (Tel: 01737 300870 or email: customersupport@rdo.co.uk).

If your appliance is over 6 months old, please contact the manufacturer and provide them with:

  1. Your RDO sales order invoice (speak to us if you don't have this!)
  2. The serial number of your appliance - often located on a label/sticker found inside, or on the door seal of, the appliance

Outside warranty period

If your appliance is no longer under the manufacturer’s warranty and an extended warranty wasn’t purchased, you may need to pay for an out of warranty repair either with the manufacturer or a 3rd party.

There are circumstances where this may not be applicable, notably if you have had failed or repeated visits within the warranty period. If this is the case, please contact our Customer Support Team (Tel: 01737 300870 or email: customersupport@rdo.co.uk) and we will help if we can.
