Hydrolyse

Hydrolyse is a manual cleaning aid for occasional cleaning of light deposits within the cooking compartment. The process is run when the oven compartment is cold and requires a mixture of water and washing-up liquid to be placed at the bottom of the oven. The cavity is then heated for a few minutes (or as advised) and the vaporising liquid softens dirt deposits inside the cavity. Once cooled down it is then easier to remove dirt with a simple wipe. Once finished allow the oven to air dry.
