This powerful gas hob, available in a range of colours and with a bronze finish, provides four gas burners and a stainless steel fry top griddle, ideal for preparing delicious cooked breakfasts. The powerful wok burner is perfect for fast heat tasks such as stir-fries and searing meat and the specially coated brass burners are designed for high performance with lower gas consumption. Product Overview
This ILVE 90cm Milano gas hob features a stainless steel fry top griddle with 4 high quality solid brass burners. The burners are coated with a nanotechnology non-stick treatment and surrounded by individual cast iron pan supports. The flexible fry top, also known as a chef top or Teppanyaki griddle, can be used to cook anything from a full English breakfast, meat and fish to Japanese style stir fry dishes.

ILVE's new burners have been specifically designed to have a high performance whilst reducing gas consumption. The burners are easy to clean, durable and highly resistant to fire.

Styling
The HCB90FCN-brz includes ILVE’s traditional Italian style ‘Milano’ knobs. The hob is available in stainless steel or enamelled steel, with a selection of 4 hob colours, and 3 knob finishes.

Features
The hob features a handy automatic one-handed electric ignition with a flame failure safety device. The HCB90FCN-brz features two 1.8kW small burners, a large 3kW burner, a 3.1kW fish pot burner and a powerful 4.2kW wok burner. What’s more, ILVE's HCB90FCN-brz hob is LPG convertible.
