This model features a stainless steel surface with a bridging function, which gives the benefits of rapid heating, and a larger heating surface, should you be cooking a bigger meal. The bridge function joins the two cooking zones to create one larger area, and the power is regulated by a central control element.
Cleaning Function
The cleaning function means that the tepan grill is set to an optimum temperature of 70°C to achieve the most efficient and effective cleaning.
Accurate Temperature Control
Rather than have specific power levels, the tepan grill’s surface temperature can be set to the exact degree, giving you near perfect cooking results and is automatically adjusted based upon external conditions.
Rapid Heating
Due to the use of the latest high-powered micanite heating, the heat up time is significantly reduced and the heat is more evenly spread across the whole hob area.
