A brief overview of Hisense Fridge Freezers

Hisense fridge freezers come as fridge-over-freezer designs. Most are freestanding, and there is a fully integrated option for fitted kitchens. Every one is frost free, so you never have to defrost the freezer by hand. Most are described as Total No Frost: Hisense says this system moves cold air evenly through both the fridge and the freezer so ice crystals can't form, and both compartments defrost themselves.

Among the Hisense freestanding fridge freezers there are two widths. The 55 cm models fit a narrower gap and hold 171 litres in the fridge and 85 litres in the freezer. Some have electronic controls and others a simple temperature dial. The 59.5 cm models offer 238 litres of fridge space and 98 litres of freezer space, with a 60/40 split that favours fresh food. They also have electronic controls behind the door and an LED display. Finishes include white, black and stainless steel.

For a fitted kitchen, Hisense built-in fridge freezers sit behind a matching cabinet door. They use a 60/40 split with 176 litres of fridge space and 76 litres of freezer space, and they connect to the internet for smart control. The cabinet door is fixed with a sliding hinge, so check the size of your housing and that your door suits this kind of fixing.

Start with the space you have. A fitted housing points to the integrated option. For a freestanding gap, measure the width first. If 59.5 cm fits, the extra 67 litres of fridge space is worth considering for a larger household. To see fridges and freezers as well, browse all Hisense refrigeration.
