ICBWWD30 WARMING DRAWER
The superior air control of the Wolf Warming Drawer helps keep moist foods moist and crisp foods crisp. In addition to stainless steel and contemporary black glass, an integrated drawer front allows for a custom wood panel and handle hardware. Electronic controls are hidden to allow the unit to become completely integrated with surrounding cabinetry. The large capacity drawer can easily warm plates and dishes for a large gathering of friends or family and the clever 'proof' setting allows dough to rise quickly and reliably every time.
FLEXIBILITY
Choose from stainless steel drawer fronts with tubular or pro handles to co-ordinate with Sub-Zero & Wolf stainless steel appliances, or the contemporary black glass front to co-ordinate with Wolf black glass ovens and coffee systems. Alternatively, choose the integrated drawer front option to allow the application of your choice of custom panel if you prefer your warming drawer to disappear into the room's decor.
CONTROL
Three pre-set and variable temperature controls are available from 29-95 degrees Celcius. There's even a Proof setting - the perfect temperature for allowing dough to rise or making yogurt.
SPEED
Fast pre-heat times means that you and your guests and not left waiting around - food is maintained in the ideal conditions, until you're ready to eat. Wolf's warming drawer is fan assisted for even heat distribution.
CONVENIENCE
Pre-set automatic 4 hour shut-off means that you can relax and enjoy your meal, without having to remember to switch off the warming drawer. An extended operation is available, up to 24 hours. The hidden electronic touch control panel is wipe clean and discreet.
KOSHER APPROVED
This product, along with many other Sub-Zero & Wolf appliances are certified as Sabbath and holiday-compliant by Star-K Kosher Certification. Certified appliances meet strict religious regulations in conjunction with specific instructions found on www.star-k.org.
