Try frying vegetables, meat, fish, eggs or noodles on the smooth surface. There are two independent temperature zones, one at the front and one at the back, with five power levels. It’s also ideal for preparing traditional English cooked breakfasts. Residual heat indicators show when the hob is still hot, to prevent burns.
