Combination Cooking
Combine humidity and dry heat as you wish. To ensure the best results, you can adjust both the temperature (30 °C to 225 °C) and moisture content (0 % to 100 %) in combination mode. These settings can be changed up to 10 times in quick succession. This ensures the food is cooked just the way you like it.
Motorised Lift-up Control Panel With SoftClose
The control panel opens and closes gently at the touch of a finger – without opening the appliance door. Hidden behind the lift-up control panel are the water container, condensate container and the wireless food probe. The panel tilts towards you when you press the sensor control to give you the best view of the display.

HydroClean Programme
Helps clean your oven using steam – With a higher temperature, the oven turns water into steam removing dirt, you can clean anything left away with a cloth.
External Steam
Unlike other systems, the steam is generated outside the oven compartment. During the cooking process, the incoming steam completely fills the oven compartment and displaces the oxygen. This results in fast heating and optimum temperature measurement and preserves the natural colour of the food. Limescale cannot build up in the oven compartment meaning cleaning is particularly easy.
DualSteam
Fast heat-up times and cooking durations as well as even steam distribution make it easier for you to prepare food – this is made possible with a powerful external steam generator (3.3 kW) and the special positioning of two DualSteam steam inlets.

The high-quality LED spotlights ensure that the combination steam oven compartment is perfectly illuminated across multiple levels, giving you the best view of your food from any angle.
Automatic Keep Warm Function
At the end of the cooking time, food is automatically kept warm for up to 15 minutes without loss of quality. So it does not matter if you are a few minutes late.
Automatic Menu Cooking
With automatic menu cooking you can cook up to three different foods at the same time. The appliance will select the right temperature, cooking duration and sequence. All you need to do is put the food in the steam oven at the right time and in the specified sequence for perfect results. This allows you to cook an entire menu in just one cooking process.

Wireless Food Probe
With the integrated food probe, you can measure the core temperature of fish or meat to make sure it is cooked just the way you like it.
