  • The policy covers accidental damage (e.g. drops, spills, sudden physical damage) from day one, and mechanical or electrical breakdown after the manufacturer's guarantee expires. If a claim is approved, D&G will repair, replace, or provide vouchers/cash equivalent for a replacement product of the same or similar specification.
  • Important Points for Customers:
  • Product must be owned by the customer, in good working order at purchase, used in a UK private home for personal use only
  • 45-day cooling-off period with full refund; cancellation after this period refunds remaining full months
  • Repairs are handled by D&G-approved repairers; up to £50 contribution towards installation for replacement kitchen appliances, laundry products, or TVs
  • Not covered: cosmetic damage, consumables (batteries, filters, bulbs), accessories, routine maintenance, theft, deliberate damage, damage from natural disasters/weather, or issues covered by manufacturer warranty

    • Provide you with a 30 minute pre-call to let you know we’re on the way.
    • Delivery to a ground or first floor room of your choice (ground floor only if 100kg+)
    • Upon request, we will remove & take away any waste packaging for FREE!
