This Milano 100cm 6 burner range cooker features ILVE’s unique E3 precision temperature control, allowing you to adjust the temperature in just 5 degree increments with minimal temperature fluctuation. The PD106NE3 includes a full width storage drawer and two soft close oven doors. The Milano style comes from its heritage with a traditional Italian finish. Choose from four trims including chrome, brass, copper and bronze and a choice of 8 standard colours, or there is the option to colour match, with ILVEs colour match service.
Oven Functions
The PD106NE3 features 2 large ovens, a left-hand oven with a 97 litre oven capacity and the right hand oven with a 43 litre capacity giving you plenty of space to cook. There is a choice of 15 oven functions including quick start rapid heat up that heats to 200 degrees in 6 minutes. The pizza setting recreates a traditional pizza furnace at 300 degrees. Both ovens include specially designed rotisserie, perfect for cooking joints of meat. The range cookers baking setting uses a circular fan element to distribute heat evenly. With the new steam discharge vent, you can control the ovens humidity by eliminating condensation when cooking a high water based dish like a stew or by retaining the moisture when baking bread.
The oven includes two dual-height halogen lighting for perfect visual control. The ovens interior is similar to cleaning a non-stick pack due to its easy clean enamel oven lining.
