Product Overview
This Elica Nikolatesla Unplugged hood and cooktop has a black glass and stainless steel finish. Designed to be used in recirculation mode, the hood has a maximum extraction rate of 550m3/h when using the booster level. Each of the four cooking zones has a maximum power of 3.7kW and with hob features such as a melting mode and a tasty fry function, you’ll achieve great cooking results. Regenerating ceramic filters which last up to five years and a plinth level duct out set are included as standard, as is a 5 year full warranty!

Description
Delay Switch Off
A smart timer feature allows you to set the automatic switch-off of the product after a predetermined time. It may be used in order to leave the hood on even after cooking so to fully remove stubborn odours.
Maintenance Alarm
An indicator light will alert the user when the grease and odour filters are about to reach maximum saturation. Therefore, it is easy to know when to wash and replace them.
Melting Mode
Ideal for delicate cooking, the temperature is kept low to ensure the ingredients fully melt without the need to continuously mix them, and with no risk of the ingredients sticking to the bottom.
Fast Boiling
Just one touch sets the cooking zone at maximum speed, for 10 minutes, bringing the contents of the pot to a boil 30% faster in comparison to common induction hobs.
Tasty Fry
The induction system allows oil to reach an ideal frying temperature in half the time. This way, the food absorbs less oil resulting in healthier dishes.
Pot Detection
The hob automatically detects the presence of cookware on the cooking zones. Once detected, the controls will light up so the user can set the power level.
Long Life Filter++
These filters have been developed to maximise performance and odour filtering efficiency. These anti-odour filters can be regenerated lasting up to 3-5 years, thus avoiding frequent replacements and waste.
Autocapture
You’ll never have to worry about adjusting extraction based on the food you are cooking, as the hood identifies active cooking zones and sets the proper power level. Once cooking has ended, the system gradually lowers the speed in order to remove vapours.
Bridge Zones
The bridge function joins two cooking areas together to form one single, larger area. With the same power, uniform and constant temperature for the best results of your dishes.
