This Bertazzoni 90cm Segmented hob is part of the professional series and features 5 burners, including a dual 5kW wok burner. Each brass burner can be controlled accurately by solid metal knobs to ensure your cooking can be as precise as possible. This PM365S0X stainless steel model also comes with cast iron pan supports and a flame failure device.

Cast Iron Pan Supports
These come with the hob and are designed to keep the cookware nice and stable whilst cooking. The cast iron choices are durable, sturdy and can be used for many years before needing to be replaced.

Wok Adapter
The wok adapter feature gives you added versatility to be able to utilise wok cooking with this hob, should it be a stir-fry or a seared steak that you want to cook.

Flame Failure Device
The flame failure device is a safety feature to protect you should there be a gas leak, and automatically turns off the gas if the flame is extinguished, thereby constantly maintaining safety.
