This Bertazzoni Professional Series 90cm segmented hob, finished in stainless steel, has three brass burners including a dual 5kW wok burner. In addition to the brass burners, this PM3630GX model comes with an 800W griddle zone. All four zones on this dual hob can be controlled by accurate and solid metal knobs to make cooking even simpler. The cast iron pan supports are solid for safe use and the hob comes with a flame failure device as a safety precaution.
