Planning a new kitchen often raises plenty of questions. Here you’ll find answers to the most common topics, including design timelines, installation, appliances, costs, and aftercare, to help make the process clearer and easier.
How long will it take to design and install my kitchen?
The design process normally takes around 2-3 weeks and starts with an initial design consultation before moving on to your design presentation and finalisation. Please bear in mind that our manufacturing partners operate a 6 - 16 week lead time.
The installation process normally takes around 3 weeks, depending on the size of your kitchen and whether you require templated worktops. This excludes any building works and room preparation that may be required prior to installation. If you are remodelling or planning an extension, we will work with your builders to agree on an installation date.
When should I start planning my kitchen?
We recommend visiting our showroom for an initial chat around 4-5 months before you are planning to complete your project. However, if you are remodelling your home or undertaking an extension, it’s worth getting in touch with us as soon as your planning application is approved as our
experts can work with your builder/architect to maximise the results of your project.
Can you install my kitchen, including the electrics and plumbing?
Yes. Our standard installation service includes fitting your furniture, installing worktops and making final plumbing and electrical connections. We can also support you with larger projects/remodels. See below.
Can you help me with a remodel/extension/new build?
We offer full project management, which includes removing your old kitchen if required, small building/carpentry work, laying services, and decorating. Alternatively, we can also liaise with your building team or introduce you to our recommended builders. Whatever level of service you choose, you will have a dedicated point of contact throughout your project who will ensure everything runs smoothly.
How much do your kitchens cost?
Our kitchens start from around £20,000, which includes a comprehensive package covering professional design services, premium cabinetry, quality worktops, appliances, full project management, and expert installation. Prices can vary based on factors such as kitchen size, your choice of worktops and appliances.
Where are your kitchens manufactured?
Our kitchens are manufactured by industry leading brands, Stoneham and Beckermann. Royal warrant holders, Stoneham, have been crafting kitchens in the Britain for over 160 years. They are one of the most prestigious kitchen makers in the UK. Beckermann is a German brand synonymous with quality. Precision-engineered at their German manufacturing facility, their kitchens exemplify innovation.
