In 1992 at what was the beginning of the range cooker market, the first Lacanche range cooker appeared on these shores. 25 years on and Lacanche is celebrated in the UK as a robust reliable range cooker which will give many years of service.
In order to celebrate the 25th Anniversary of Lacanche in the UK, Candice Selby Grace and Steven Fielding will be taking on the challenge of cycling 278 miles from London to Paris on 31st May 2017. They have undertaken this challenge in order to raise money for very worthwhile causes – Cancer Research UK and REACT Children’s Charity.
Cancer Research UK is focused on achieving the world’s highest cancer survival rates in the UK by working to help prevent cancer, diagnose it earlier, develop new treatments and optimize current treatments by personalizing them and making them even more effective.
REACT Children’s Charity work to improve the quality of life for children with life-limiting and terminal illnesses living in financially disadvantaged households throughout the UK. Their driving force is their belief that every child should have comfort, dignity, and the opportunity to participate in life as fully as possible.
