Made from easy-to-clean stainless-steel, the tank can hold up to 3.6 litres, enough for 750 grams of french fries. The cold zone and emulsion zone ensure frying is safe and food is evenly cooked. The metal thermostat control allows the fryer temperature to be set precisely, at up to 180°C.
