ELAN DELUXE RANGE COOKER GUIDE

For a distinctly traditional range cooker, the Ela Deluxen boasts classically styled details such as elegant spiral handles, carefully crafted controls and curvaceous doors. In a choice of five colours – Cranberry, Black, Olive Green, Cream and Royal Pearl – with chrome trim, there’s something to suit every scheme and kitchen design.

The 90cm dual fuel model has a single-piece hotplate with five-ring burner while the 110cm design has four smaller burners plus large wok ring and a multi-zone area with two ceramic zones. The Elan Deluxe 110 also comes with a cast aluminium lightweight griddle while the new induction system is offered on both the 90 and 110cm range cookers. This has a large bridging zone to support a griddle, one large central zone and two smaller zones, all with low temperature settings for melting chocolate or butter, keeping food warm or for a gentle simmer. The new induction system includes the new Rangemaster bridging zone, which creates one larger cooking area for griddles, bigger pans and fish kettles.

Additional features include a cast iron wok cradle on the dual fuel designs, Rapid Response for speedy heat up, single-handed ignition, a proving drawer on the Elan Deluxe 110cm, new Deluxe Glide-Out Grill and three-button timer with new white display.
