Meet The Team

Having started his career on the trading floor before becoming a financial manager in Tokyo, it's safe to say that John loves a challenge. Seeking a significant change, he joined RDO in 2014, where he led the rebranding of the business and founded RDO Kitchen Studio. John does a fantastic job of motivating and supporting the team. He is at the forefront of driving RDO's reputation for excellence.

Outside of work, John is passionate about classic cars and enjoys pushing his limits at track days, skiing and mountain biking.

Tracy has been with RDO for 18 years, primarily working on the appliance side of the business. Recently, she transitioned to the Kitchen Studio team and is thoroughly enjoying her new role.

Being part of a family-run business like RDO means a lot to Tracy, who feels like an integral part of the extended RDO family. One of the aspects she loves most about her job is engaging with clients. As a people person, Tracy finds nothing more rewarding than helping people bring their dream kitchens to life.

Outside of work, Tracy enjoys spending time with her four grandchildren, attending live music events, and going to the theatre.

Phil has been part of the RDO team for 9 years and draws upon over 20 years of experience. Having spent 8 years with prestigious British kitchen manufacturers, Stoneham's, Phil knows their collection like the back of his hand.

Phil enjoys working on challenging projects that require creative, outside-the-box solutions and focuses on listening closely to clients' needs to design kitchens that are practical, unique, and stylish.

Outside of work, Phil enjoys motor sports, DIY, travel and spending time at the gym.

Holly has been with RDO for almost 3 years. Before joining the team, she gained extensive experience in the kitchen and appliance industry over the previous 12 years. She was drawn to RDO for its family-owned structure, close-knit team, and positive work ethos.

Holly is known for being a good listener and prides herself on her organisational skills. She also has a talent for producing excellent renders that help bring clients’ visions to life.

Outside of work, Holly enjoys admiring stunning architecture, DIY, and gardening.

John has worked for RDO for 8 years. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience of every detail after well over 30 years in the kitchen industry.

John is in charge of ordering every component required to complete your project as well as producing all technical plans for our fitting teams. He has an in depth knowledge of every project and is always at the centre of any problem solving.

Outside work John can usually be found in the saddle of a bike, embarking on long rides or travelling to France to tackle some steeper gradients.

Marcus has been fitting for RDO for 10 years. A lifetime’s experience means he can find a solution for any issue. He not only fits, but also advises other members of the team at design stage as to how more complex designs could work.

Always self sufficient on site, Marcus can generally be found with earplugs in, listening to a podcast whilst he turns out the most amazing quality of work.

Outside work Marcus enjoys, concerts, travel and DIY to a standard that most can only dream of.

Alex has been with RDO for 6 years. Alex has huge experience in all aspects of building as well as specialising in Kitchen Fitting. We met Alex on a project and loved the way he worked, with such a positive can do attitude.

Always ready to advise on all aspects of a project, his wealth of building knowledge is incredibly helpful.

Outside work Alex is a serial house renovator and enjoys tinkering with his car.

Jason has worked with RDO, having worked with our Senior Designer, Phil at his previous job. As well as fitting kitchens Jason also specialises in bathrooms. An incredibly efficient worker, Jason is full of energy and can operate at a pace few could keep up with.

Outside work Jason enjoys supporting Bromley Football Club and watching his son playing.
