The cleaning process involves the temperature inside the oven cavity rising to approximately 500°C and, in doing so, any lingering food residue is burnt to ash. When the programme has finished and the oven is unlocked/cool, simply wipe the internal panels down with a damp cloth to remove any ash and admire the results!
