This contemporary, multifunctional electric oven features ILVE's brand new 'Nero' styling with a beautiful gloss black oven door, matt black handle and TFT touch control display. With TFT, you can easily programme the oven's 15 functions, set the timer and switch on the child lock. Setting the temperature of the OV91STCT3 is effortless due to ILVE's precision temperature control. Precisely set the oven temperature in a matter of seconds on the TFT display from 30°C to 320°C.

Capacity
The 90cm oven has an enormous cavity with 110 litres of space, giving you plenty of room to cook. Whether you're making cupcakes or Yorkshire puddings, every level inside the oven can be seen with ease due to the ovens double internal lighting. The oven doors are soft-closing, full glass and triple glazed.

Features
With the OV91STCT3, cooking Sunday roast is simple. Cook meat and vegetables using the built-in diagonal rotisserie spit. Keep an eye on the temperature of any meat using the oven's handy electronic cooking probe. Reduce the amount of moisture within the oven, with the wet or dry cooking setting. This function enables you to release water within the oven through the steam release vent.

Cleaning
