The TwistPad dial is a simple round control interface that enables you to easily use the appliance. The dial connects to the hob via a magnet so can be easily removed. (The cooking process will stop if removed whilst cooking). Once attached, you simply point and twist it towards the cooking zone you would like to use and adjust the heat as desired, by turning it. It is a very intuitive process. Should the TwistPad dial go missing, the hob can still be used.
