Wine should be stored at a temperature between 6 and 18 °C. White wines and champagne should be stored at 6-10°C and reds at 14-18°c. It is suggested you store wines at 1 or 2°C cooler than the recommended drinking temperature as it warms up a little when poured into the glass.
