Delivery

Delivery Overview

We offer a 2-man ground floor delivery service as standard on all appliances over 30kg. For smaller items, we employ a courier company to fulfil deliveries.

Delivery Charges

FREE delivery is available on most large appliances to the majority of UK postcodes (excluding Scotland and other outlying areas).

To confirm any delivery charges simply add the product to the shopping basket and enter your postcode.

Please note, installation and recycling is not included in the price listed on product pages.

How will my order be delivered?

Depending on your location, delivery will be made either by our own fleet of vehicles, or our premium logistics partner. In some instances, for example, with goods that require specialist equipment to complete delivery, we may opt to send your goods directly from the manufacturer on our behalf.

Deliveries are made to your room of choice on the ground floor. Please let us know if you require delivery to an above/below ground floor room and we’ll do our best to accommodate you within the limits of driver Health and Safety regulations.

Delivery Exclusions

There are some areas of the UK where we may be unable to deliver. These are: The Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Isle of Skye, Isle of Man, Orkney Isles, Scottish Isles Minor, Shetland Isles, Ireland and Scottish Highlands (however, please call to discuss the details as delivery may be possible depending on the products in question).

International Deliveries

Our deliveries are restricted to the UK Mainland. We can arrange to have your goods delivered to a UK based shipping agent of your choosing for forward delivery outside of the UK at your own cost.

Delivery lead times

Stock held at our distribution centre can usually be delivered to the majority of UK postcodes within 48 hours (excluding Scotland and other outlying areas, where this may take up to 72 hours). If you’re buying an in-stock appliance online, you can select a convenient delivery date at the checkout.

If we need to order stock from our suppliers, the average delivery time is around 3-7 working days, but you will be advised of this at the point of sale. All deliveries are discussed with you and arranged in advance by our logistics team.

Damages

We take great care to ensure your goods arrive safely, however, we do ask that you inform us of any damages within 3 working days of delivery. For more information on our returns & refunds policy, click here!

Recycling your old appliance(s)

RDO recycle appliances in accordance with the WEEE directive. Should you wish to recycle your old like-for-like appliance, simply select the “Recycle” option which is available in your basket. Please note, RDO only charge for the cost of transporting the item to be recycled. For more information on our recycling service, click here!
