How can we help?

My Appliance Is Damaged/Faulty

My product is under warranty and has developed a fault, what should I do?

We're really sorry to hear that you're having issues with your appliance.

If your appliance has developed a fault, you should first review the product manual for troubleshooting tips, as these can often help you resolve issues quickly and at no expense.

No luck? Not to worry, your appliance is still covered under manufacturer’s warranty! So, to fix your appliance, you'll want to call the manufacturer. Why? Because manufacturers are experts with their own products and have likely seen the fault you’re experiencing before, therefore, they are best placed to quickly diagnose and rectify product faults over the phone. What’s more, if an issue can’t be fixed remotely, you’ll be able to arrange an engineer visit to take a closer look at the issue on a day that suits you.

All you’ll need is a proof of purchase (please get in touch if you can't find this) and the serial number of your product, which can be found on the appliance rating plate.

My product is no longer under warranty and has developed a fault, what should I do?

We're really sorry to hear that you're having issues with your appliance.

If your appliance has developed a fault, you should first review the product manual for troubleshooting tips, as these can often help you resolve issues quickly and at no expense.

As your appliance has developed a fault outside of its manufacturer’s warranty, you'll need to call the manufacturer of your product to report the fault.

Manufacturers are experts with their own products and will have likely seen the fault you’re experiencing before, therefore, they are well placed to quickly diagnose and rectify product faults over the phone. What’s more, if an issue can’t be solved remotely, you’ll be able to arrange a (chargeable) engineer visit to take a closer look at the issue on a day that suits you.

All you’ll need is a proof of purchase (please get in touch if you can't find this) and the serial number of your product, which can be found on the appliance rating plate.

How do I arrange an engineer visit?

Manufacturers make it nice and easy to arrange engineer visits. Simply give them a call on their customer support number or book online.

All you'll need is a proof of purchase (please get in touch if you can't find this) and the serial number of your product, which can be found on the appliance rating plate.
