Delivery Information

Charges
Delivery is free to most parts of Surrey, Sussex, Kent & South London, to check delivery charges just add the product to the shopping basket and enter your postcode.
Unlike most of our competitors RDO usually offer a  professional 2 man delivery service. We don't just dump the machine at your doorstep.
Installation is not included in our price but if you are local to us we offer an installation service for most products. Enter your postcode on the main product page or on the shopping basket page to see if installation is available in your area.

Our delivery service is limited to, and costed for, delivery to your  ground floor property.
Your order is costed for one delivery, if multiple deliveries are required on seperate days this may incur an additional delivery charge depending on distance and location  from our store.

We may, in some cases, be able to deliver above a ground floor, if this is a requirement please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
If we are asked to unpack or manoeuvre appliances in your home we will of course endeavour to assist you as best we can and we will take every care, but we will not be held responsible for any damage howsoever caused when acting under your instruction.

Delivery Lead Times
If the item is in stock at our warehouse we can normally deliver within 48 hours. If we need to order stock from our suppliers the average delivery time would be between 3-7 days. All deliveries are discussed with you in advance and where possible we will give you an a.m. or p.m. arrival time. Deliveries booked at exact times are not possible due to influences outside our control but we will be as accurate as possible and we offer a pre call service for all deliveries made on our own vehicles.

How will my order be delivered?
Depending upon your location and the type of product ordered, the delivery will be made either by our own fleet of vehicles or the relevant manufacturers home delivery service, we may also use specialist carriers. You will be advised at the time of arranging the delivery of how the goods are to arrive. Every care is taken to ensure the safe arrival of the goods, however, we do ask you to inform us of any damages or shortages within 3 working days.

Removal of Old Appliances 
Removal of the old appliance is not included in our price, however, in most cases we can remove your old appliance for you from just £15 depending on the size and dimensions of the appliance . Please discuss any extra requirements with our sales staff.

Exclusion
There are some areas in the UK where we may be unable to deliver certain products. These are: Channel Islands, Isle of Skye, Isle of Man, Orkney Isles, Scottish Isles Minor, Shetland Isles and Ireland. (Please call for Delivery Charges to these areas as it may be possible)

International Deliveries
It is not possible to place an order online for delivery outside the UK. Please get in touch with us so we can discuss your requirements if you need delivery outside the UK. We can normally arrange for delivery to international couriers within the UK.
