Returns Policy
You reserve the right to cancel your order before the goods are delivered and receive a full refund less any applicable costs incurred. We will refund your payment within 30 days of cancellation.
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order within 10 days ( including weekends and bank holidays ) following receipt of your goods without giving a reason. You have the right to either return the goods yourself or ask us to collect the goods. If the customer asks us to collect the goods, a collection charge at RDO’s cost price will be deducted from the refund. All products must be returned with their original packing, undamaged and in a resalable unused condition. Refunds will be made as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of the cancellation date. The 10 day cancellation period begins the day following delivery of the goods. All cancellations must be received in writing either by e-mail, fax or letter to our Head Office. Reliance on a telephone conversation is not sufficient and will not be accepted. If you wish to return the goods more than 10 days after we have delivered the goods to you, you must not have used them or commissioned them and must have kept them in the condition they were delivered i.e. boxed and fit for resale. You must return them to us or request us to collect them, in either case, at your cost. There will be an additional administration charge of 15% of the purchase price of the goods returned. In all cases we retain the right to refuse to re-stock products that are not in their original delivered state. We will reimburse any amounts you have paid to us within 30 days of cancellation having deducted any return costs and administration fees that may be applicable. Please note, special order and bespoke items may be liable to an increased handling charge if they must be returned. Nothing in these terms affect your statutory rights. |
