At RDO we offer a complete installation service wherever possible,
even if you haven't purchased your new product from us!
This includes the installation of built in or freestanding appliances and if required, the recycling of your old appliance.

When purchasing from us, check to see if connection is available in your area and what the charges will be by simply entering your postcode in the shopping basket.
If you haven't purchased from us for whatever reason but still wish to use the installation service, please give us a call on 01293 826600 for a quote.




To help us make the connection as efficient as possible please follow these simple checks before we arrive:
  • Ensure there is sufficient access for us to get the products into and out of your property.
  • Ensure there is an electrical socket / water connection within easy reach of where the appliance will be positioned
  • Ensure access to all services are clear of obstructions. (empty cupboards etc.)
Our connection service includes:
  • Disconnection of your old appliance
  • Removal of all transit packaging
  • Positioning and leveling of your new appliance(s)
  • Connection to suitable services (water/electric)
  • Testing your new appliance(s)
Our standard connection service does not include:
  • Replacement of faulty or unsuitable services
  • Modification of existing services
  • Alterations to cabinetry
(These services can be offered by our extended installation service at extra cost and by quotation.)
