How much is delivery? Delivery is free to most parts of Surrey, Sussex and Kent, outside these areas there is a delivery charge(see postcode calculator on shopping basket page).

How can I pay? All major credit cards are accepted (except American Express or Diner Club International). Alternatively you can pay by cheque (payable to 'RDO') or by Bank Transfer. Accounts may also be set up for trade customers.

How will it be delivered? If you live in Surrey, Sussex or Kent, deliveries will be made using our own transport. This enables us to give more accurate delivery times. Manufacturers home delivery service will generally be used for orders outside of these area. Should you wish to pay by cheque or cash please call our sales team who will take your order over the phone and advise our terms and conditions.

When will it be delivered? The vast majority of orders are delivered within 7 - 10 days. There may be factors that prevent us from delivering within this time scale such as items out of stock or not available from the manufacturer. We are happy at all times to give you the most accurate advice possible at the time of ordering.

Are my appliances guaranteed? Yes, we don't sell graded or second hand appliances and all appliances come with at least a standard 1 year parts & labour warranty. Additional cover can be obtained direct from the manufacturer or through us.

Do you offer advice on installation or supply spares? All of our sales team are knowledgeable regarding the installation and set up of appliances. We can also arrange for your appliance to be installed if you are local and some manufacturers will install when they deliver direct to you for an additional charge. If you need spares we can put you in touch with the relevant manufacturer.

Do you have a catalogue or brochure? Due to the diversity of all the products we sell we are unable to produce a single brochure, however, we will be happy to send out brochures of your choice to help you make the right decision, alternatively you can phone the manufacturer yourself to get more information or brochures. Do the prices fluctuate? Prices are subject to change by the manufacturer, our site is continually updated and the price that you order at is the price you pay. The price will not change once the order is received.

What's the RRP on an item, do you have a price list? There is no recommended retail price anymore it was abolished in Sept 1998 on most appliances, we now work from a cost price to which we apply what we think is a fair mark up for the service we provide. To guard our pricing structure we are unable to send out complete price lists.

Is this a good appliance? Our many years of dealing with domestic appliances has given us a sound basis on which to impartially advise on the quality of various appliances. Our goal is to ensure that our customers buy the best possible value for money, but we will advise if we feel that the product does not meet the standards we wish to sell.
