Charges
Delivery is free to most parts of Surrey, Sussex & Kent, to check delivery charges just add the product to the shopping basket and enter your postcode.
Unlike most of our competitors RDO usually offer a  professional 2 man delivery service. We don't just dump the machine at your doorstep.
Installation is generally not included in our price but there are some exceptions such as American Style Refrigerators which can include connection. If you do require installation just let us know and if its possible we will get you a price.

Our delivery service is limited to, and costed for, delivery to your  ground floor property.
Delivery is also costed for one delivery, if multiple deliveries are required on seperate days this may incur an additional delivery charge.
If we are asked to unpack or manoeuvre appliances in your home we will of course endeavour to assist and we will take every care, but we cannot be held responsible for any damage howsoever caused when acting under your instruction.

Delivery Lead Times
Deliveries can normally be effected between 7-10 working days, however this is subject to stock availability both with ourselves and with the relevant manufacturers at the time of order. All deliveries are discussed with you in advance and where possible we will endeavour to give you an a.m. or p.m. arrival time. Deliveries booked at exact times are not possible due to influences outside our control.

How will my order be delivered?
Depending upon your location and the type of product ordered, the delivery will be made either by our own fleet of vehicles or the relevant manufacturers home delivery service, occasionally we may use specialist carriers. You will be advised at the time of arranging the delivery of how the goods are to arrive. Every care is taken to ensure the safe arrival of the goods at the time of despatch, however we do request that damages or shortages are advised within 3 working days.

Removal of Old Appliances 
Removal of the old appliance is not included in the price, however, in some cases, and at an extra cost of £15, removal can be arranged. Please discuss any extra requirements with our sales staff. 

Exclusion
There are some areas in the UK where we may be unable to deliver certain products. These are: Channel Islands, Isle of Skye, Isle of Man, Orkney Isles, Scottish Isles Minor, Shetland Isles and Ireland. (Please call for Delivery Charges to these areas as it may be possible)

Guarantee Information

Guarantee
All goods supplied by RDO are fully guaranteed for a minimum of one year parts and labour. You will be advised by our sales staff of any manufacturers extension to the standard warranty and this will be included in the price. RDO are able to offer a comprehensive range of extended warranties at extra cost according to your requirement.

Kitchen Appliances
Any problems experienced with an appliance during the warranty period would be dealt with direct with the manufacturers service facility, be it direct or through an appointed agent. Whilst we are always on hand to assist you through any difficulties, and are perfectly happy to book service calls for customers, we generally advise customers to call the manufacturer direct as this generally speeds up the process. Documentation on how to contact the service department will be supplied to you with the appliance.

RDO is committed to the compliance of the rules laid out in the Data Protection Act 1998. Every care is taken to ensure safe storage and protection of all customer related data.

General Information
Information collected by us over the years will be limited to use by RDO in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

Any issues relating to sales, service and after care are dealt with quickly and efficiently by our highly trained and experienced staff.

Returns Policy

You have the right to cancel your order at any time before goods are delivered to you for any reason. We will refund you in full within 30 days of cancellation

If you wish to return the goods more than 7 working days after we have delivered the goods to you, you must not have used them or commissioned them and must have kept them in the condition they were delivered i.e boxed and fit for resale. You must return them to us or request us to collect them, in either case, at your cost. There will be an additional administration charge of 15% of the purchase price of the goods returned. In all cases we retain the right to refuse to re-stock products that are not in their original delivered state.

We will reimburse any amounts you have paid to us within 30 days of cancellation, having deducted any return costs and administration fee if applicable.

Please note, special order and bespoke items may be liable to an increased handling charge if they must be returned.

This guarantee is in addition to any warranties or conditions implied by law and nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
