I just wanted to say a big thank you for sorting out my Neff fridge freezer. The new one is operating quietly (just hoping it stays that way!) I really appreciate the service I've had from RDO, when Neff failed to acknowledge the noise problem with the first fridge freezer I thought I was going to be stuck with an expensive lemon, but you have restored faith in the service industry.
It seemed a bit of a trek to Reigate when I was doing my initial research but it was well worth it, not only to see a decent range of products but also for the expertise of the sales team. I wouldn't hesitate to make the trip in future and would happily recommend RDO.

I did phone on Saturday but you wasn't in, I just wanted to Thank you for the wonderful service I received from you in buying the washing machine for my mum. You was most helpful and mum is delighted with the machine. I would also ask you to pass on my thanks to Tony and his team who delivered it. He called me to advise me of the time he would be there and he was smack on time. He and his mate was absolutely brilliant they did everything and in a short space of time and not a bit of mess left just a brand new washing machine!!!
In short my thanks to all and RDO management should be proud of it's staff!!

Just a quick note to say how pleased I was with the excellent service and value for money from RDO (as ever - I've bought from you before).
Really easy to order my AEG fridge from you over the phone, delivery when I wanted it, cashback forms arrived promptly, allowance for the school run, and the two guys who delivered were polite, careful, pleasant, and rang 30 mins beforehand as they said they would.
Rare to get this level of service. Please pass my comments on to everyone concerned (and the boss!).

So what's so good? 1) The prices are competitive - they beat Comet, John Lewis and Debenhams ... 2) ... and they offered a very good range of products. 3) The person on the phone had an informed opinion about what we were looking for - it was neither a teenage boy shifting boxes, nor was it a call-centre simply trying to close a sale. It was somebody who actually understood what a dryer would be used for. 4) She answered the phone quickly. 5) She remembered me when I spoke to her later. 6) She knew what was in the showroom, which saved me a journey to come and look at something that wasn't in stock. 7) Although what I ordered wasn't in stock, they said it would be into their warehouse three days later, and it was. 8) When the warehouse rang, they offered me a choice of delivery day ... 9) ... and then a choice of a morning or afternoon delivery ... 10) ... and they rang half an hour before they arrived ... 11) ... and they arrived when they said they would arrive. 12) They didn't try and flog me their own warranty, and pointed out that the appliance I was choosing had a five year warranty of its own that I could apply for. In short, they did all the things that you want an online supplier of appliances to do. A benchmark.
