My hob arrived safe & correct on Wednesday morning.
After all the hassle I had trying to get this hob previously, you managed to get it to me within a week as you had stated.

Very comprehensive website I must say! Was struggling to find somewhere that sold everything that I wanted, RDO was the only place. A phone call was made minutes after the order was placed and delivery date set. Goods have been delivered and are all in working order.. recommended!

RDO has provided EXCELLENT service today, Our old washing machine broke down over the weekend and what with having a 4 month old baby the pile of washing to do had started growing by Monday morning, so we gave you a call around 9:30am, got some sound advice on what to purchase (and at a good price), and low and behold some 5 hours later our new washing machine has been delivered, installed, and is working as a type! Also you made the whole experience painless by taking away our old machine for us!

I would like to express my grateful thanks for the amazing service received by the staff at RDO.. I called the sales team in the afternoon approx 4pm and spoke with a very helpful lady who guided me as to what machine to purchase. The item was paid for over the phone and delivery was received at approx 1:00pm the next day. The drive also phoned me approx 1 hour before delivery. Very Grateful for this speedy service.

The tumble dryer that we recently bought came from RDO, and we've bought other appliances from them before. So what's so good?

1) The prices are competitive - they beat Comet, John Lewis and Debenhams ...
2) ... and they offered a very good range of products.
3) The person on the phone had an informed opinion about what we were looking for - it was neither a teenage boy shifting boxes, nor was it a call-centre simply trying to close a sale. It was somebody who actually understood what a dryer would be used for.
4) She answered the phone quickly.
5) She remembered me when I spoke to her later.
6) She knew what was in the showroom, which saved me a journey to come and look at something that wasn't in stock.
7) Although what I ordered wasn't in stock, they said it would be into their warehouse three days later, and it was.
8) When the warehouse rang, they offered me a choice of delivery day ...
9) ... and then a choice of a morning or afternoon delivery ...
10) ... and they rang half an hour before they arrived ...
11) ... and they arrived when they said they would arrive.
12) They didn't try and flog me their own warranty, and pointed out that the appliance I was choosing had a five year warranty of its own that I could apply for.

In short, they did all the things that you want an online supplier of appliances to do. A benchmark.

Dear Lizanne and everyone there who helped in the 2 deliveries and installation of my lovely new Rangemaster.
The customer Service offered by you and your colleagues is second to none, and I really mean it. So often one is sold something and that's it, fend for yourself.
It wasn't your fault my first cooker was squashed and you pulled out all the stops to get me another ASAP.
I am a very happy bunny and can't wait to get cooking.

Surprisingly cheap delivery charge from RDO for the big order I placed.. was very impressed by the discount offered even after I had placed my order! Delivery went without a hitch .. would definitely recommend AEG as a make too. - Sonnie W
